Why I Started My Baking Journey
Twenty-eight years ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Through years of trial and error, I began to notice how certain foods, ingredients, and even environmental factors affected my health and well-being.
Determined to feel better, I dove into learning everything I could about food and its impact on the body. Slowly but surely, I started shifting to organic ingredients and more mindful choices — and I began to heal.
That’s when my passion for baking took root. I started Cookies & Sweets to share that journey with others — offering baked goods made with organic, carefully chosen ingredients. Everything I make is crafted with love, intention, and a belief that food can both nourish and delight.
Because everyone deserves something sweet — especially when it’s better for you.
